RFL 2009 Kick off party committee request

Dearest Friends, Survivors, Team Captains & Team Members, Mentors and Volunteers,

 

Re: Kick Off Party - March 14th.

 

We have been busy creating the stage, invites, checking sounds, etc but something pops up in our minds "  Why not include all the SL Relay Community, if the theme is - One World, One Hope?" 

We (the whole entertain committee plus a few volunteers- Erin Messmer, Franco Amat, UB) created the kick-off stage with many earthballs. 

What we would like from you is something that would be integrated into our creation. 

We are searching for  people who would like to send us their portrait pic (close up) of their smiling (avatar-) face, just to show the world that you are close to people with cancer and to show your support in finding a cure.

Your portrait could be one which would will be aligned by a ribbon to all the others to show everyone that we are ONE WORLD and at the same time, that we have ONE HOPE!

So if you would like to help, please send your personal "avatar"  portrait pic to Erin Messmer (full permissions needed) and rename it with your name please, by Sunday, March 1, 2009.

Lets help us make this event unforgettable!!
